White chocolate filled with a blackberry gel, made using blackberries from the garden, and a jasmine rice pudding ganache, lightly infused with cloves.

Sticky Toffee Pudding (Gluten free)

Single origin dark milk chocolate filled with a rich butterscotch caramel, and a milk dark ganache made with blended medjool dates and background notes of cinnamon.

Black Garlic and Stout (contains gluten)

Single origin 66% dark chocolate filled with a 66% dark chocolate ganache made by reducing Stout and infusing with treacley black garlic, for a uniquely richm, chocolatey, umami flavour.

Caramel Pecan Blondie (Gluten free)

Caramelised white chocolate filled with three delicious layers: a gooey salted caramel, a brown butter pecan blondie piece and a caramelised white chocolate and pecan gianduja.

Pumpkin Pie (Gluten Free)

A salted caramel milk chocolate filled with a pumpkin and caramelised white chocolate ganache, infused appropriately with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. 

Apple & Miso (Gluten Free)

Caramelised white chocolate filled with Oxfordshire apple and cinnamon gel and a miso and caramelised white chocolate ganache, for an Autumnal sweet and salty combination.
